EPD Resolve Supplier

Reads epd-products.json, deduplicates suppliers by supplierKey, and calls the Ploutonion organization-identity A2A agent (organizations.resolve) for each unique supplier name. Writes supplier-identities/{supplierKey}/identity.json and epd-suppliers.json with websiteUrl, status, identityPath, and the full identity blob. When Ploutonion returns no website (no_match), downstream search uses Environdec and EPD Hub only — never invents a supplier URL.
