Use to audit an existing OSHA policy document for compliance gaps for the current company (identified from /organization/me/identity.json). You research the company, read the applicable 29 CFR clauses from the /organization filesystem (no cortex_search), and use the broker LLM (qb.llm_chat) to classify the document's coverage clause-by-clause, producing a citation-level gap-analysis report as PDF (+ markdown).
