Identifies the company from /organization/me/identity.json, researches it, lists the available clause registries from the /organization filesystem (no cortex_search), reads the applicable 29 CFR clauses from disk, and delivers PDF (+ markdown) tailored to the company's operations, with human-assurance gates at scope and approval.
